Traffic rider is an immensely enjoyable game with a variety of different methods to increase your excitement. Personally, I found it more thrilling than the AG drive from last year and enjoyed the adrenaline rush it gives, unlike other games. Developed by the initiate creators of iconic racing game Traffic Racer, they come up with this new racing game Traffic Rider. Yet another racing game but on two wheels, that lets you weave through crowds and roads on various motorbikes that is what traffic racer does and much more.
The game focuses on steering through crowded city streets and highways completing various objectives each level requires. While the Traffic rider kept me coming back for more excitement the thrill soon burned out for me quicker than it should have.
The game is a blend of controls and perspective that kept me wired to the screen. The game is not only a first-person experience but also it puts you right into a busy traffic between vehicles at the same time allows you to control the bike’s movements by tilting your mobile to take a turn. The first-person perspective combined with the practical controls help have a great experience.
After I went further into the career mode, I was rewarded with experience point and cash. Earning enough of it helped me level up my profile and unlock new game modes and bikes, and the rewarded cash I collected helped me unlock new bikes, that was better than bikes I had. This was very surprising to me, as I did not notice it quite early; each bike you see is different and has somewhat different stats than the others.

From the very motorcycle you unlock from the last motorcycle there will be a noticeable difference you can see in speed limits, beside that there is not much differently remarkable I experienced after the first few I unlocked.
The game demands you to upgrade to newer bikes, which is usually the case in free-to-play games, which is utterly illogical roadblock for players to move forward in the game. The only concession is it has is no limit to the attempts to complete a level, also no energy based system to limit the racer.
With my experience, I would say the thrill and excitement of riding the bike at 100km/hr faded soon after a while. The opening moments for the game is what’s the most fun about the game while unlocking extra abilities like doing a wheelie or the horn was also exciting, but initially, the shine has worn off and there was just no way for me to come back to it.
On the game’s part there is a lot you can do if you are a racer who can drive around for hours, then it is perfect for you. There is multiple modes, locations apart from career with different time zone, the sunset views are pretty much my favorite and of course how can one forget the bikes.
Traffic rider overall is an exciting game while that fades over time, yet the game offers a lot of potentials for players to work towards without limiting them.
